Help, I'm pregnant!

Reflect is a counselling service based in York that is specifically for women and men facing an unplanned or crisis pregnancy. It may be that you need to know more about your options, or that you are having trouble coming to terms with your situation. We are one of around 150 centres across the UK and can offer trained volunteers to help.
